YOUR MASK YOUR CHOICE: Effective June 1st - Jessica Brows will only require mask to be worn by the client, and the artist only during the appointment/procedure. We will no longer be requiring clients to wear a mask before of after the appointment, or require employees to wear a mask while in the salon unless they are in an appointment with a client. We will also not require students to wear a mask who attend our weekend training.

As we have built our reputation on absolute full transparency, we make sure that every potential client understands everything about our services and policies including pros and cons so they have clear expectations. In order for us to give you a 5 star service, we want to make sure that you are in agreement with our policies.

IF AT ANY POINT you come to disagreement regarding our policies or think our policies will cause disagreement in the future, please do not continue with booking. As we are the top choice when it comes to permanent makeup, we understand that we are not the perfect match for everyone.

YOUR MASK, YOUR CHOICE:

ZERO EXCEPTIONS: As most of our appointments are 3 hours long and book far in advance, The Brow Effect will make no exceptions to any of our policies below at anytime for any reason.

ANY AND ALL PAYMENTS OR DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

NO GUARANTEES: As this is a cosmetic service, we can not guarantee any result. Everyones skin is different. Although 98% of our clients love their final results, we do have clients who's skin will not heal or retain exactly like they want it. We are only as good as your skin lets us be when it comes to our work and healed results.

ANTI-FRAUD:

THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK MUST MATCH YOUR NAME.
IF SOMEONE ELSE IS PAYING FOR YOU, PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST. THE CARD HOLDER WILL NEED TO SIGN AN AUTHORIZATION FORM.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any appointments cancelled within one week (7 Days) of appointment date will forfeit their deposit and will not be able to transfer deposit to a later date.
You will need to book a new appointment online and pay a new deposit.

SAME DAY CANCELATIONS: or no call no show will be charged for the remaining balance of the FULL SERVICE.

RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS:

If you reschedule within 7 days of your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and will need to pay a new deposit for your next appointment. If rescheduling your appointment outside of the 7 day window, you may transfer your deposit to a new date once. After you transfer your deposit to a new date, it is then no longer transferable.

CANCELING TOUCH UP APPOINTMENTS:
Any appointments cancelled within one week (7 Days) of appointment date will be charged $100 fee to reschedule or cancel a touch up appointment.


LATE POLICY:

We reserve the right to CANCEL and give no refunds if the client is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment. Artists take multiple clients a day and need the full amount of time for each appointment and so that the artist may start the next appointment on time.
You may schedule a new appointment but will need to place another deposit. Please consider that South Florida traffic is always heavy. Please leave give yourself
plenty of time to arrive to our salon.



 

 


DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT IF:
  • You are under the age of 18
  • You are pregnant or nursing
  • You are taking blood thinning medications
  • You are diabetic
  • You are undergoing chemotherapy, you have skin redness in your brow area.


PRIOR WORK- DO NOT BOOK UNTIL YOU HAVE SENT US PHOTOS AND HAVE BEEN APPROVED.
Even if you think your brows have completely faded, please send us photos if you have had any prior brow tattoo, microblading, or ombre brows. If you show up without submitting a picture and your brows are too dark or saturated for us to work on, you will NOT be accepted and you will lose your deposit.

HEALING & PROCESS:

Permanent makeup is a 2 session process. NO desired result comes after 1 session.After the first session, you can expect scabbing, flaking, and loss of existing pigment. On average our clients heal 40% lighter in color after their initial session. We also have clients who will heal 90% lighter making it look like nothing had been done. This is completely normal and why we have a touch up session within 5-10 weeks of your first session.

TOUCH UP SESSION:
Your touch up session is to be done 1-12 moth after your initial session. In the touch up session is where we can see how your brows healed, then we can go darker and bolder if needed.

TOUCH UP PRICING:
The touch up is NOT included in the initial session price. - Please see description for the price of your touch up. The payment for your touch up is not due until the day you come in for your touch up session.
A touch session up is REQUIRED as permanent makeup is a 2 session process. Touch up pricing increases if you go beyond the 1- 6 week time frame.

PREGNANCY- DO NOT BOOK IF:

You are pregnant, nursing, trying to get pregnant, or think you may have a chance of being pregnant. If you find out that you are pregnant before your appointment we will NOT make exceptions to our policy

NO PETS OR SERVICE ANIMALS:
The Florida Health Department does not allow animals of any kind in to
a tattoo establishment due to the fact that we are working with open skin prone to infection. This also includes SERVICE ANIMALS.
If you have a physical disability, please arrange to have a guest or family member that can help you during your time here.

NO GUEST POLICY:
Due to Covid safety policies, we are not allowing any guest, family, or other persons in the salon who do not have an appointment. This also includes children.

COVID POLICIES:
WHEN YOU ARRIVE AND PARK, TEXT OR CALL US TO LET US KNOW YOU HAVE ARRIVED
YOU MUST WAIT IN YOUR CAR FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
TEMPERATURE WILL BE TAKEN BEFORE ENTRY ON YOUR FOREHEAD (NO EXCEPTIONS)
FACE-MASK MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES

LEADING UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE AND LIMIT YOUR INTERACTION WITH CROWDS.
WE WILL NOT MAKE RESCHEDULING EXCEPTIONS IF YOU "THINK' YOU HAVE COVID. WE ONLY MAKE EXCEPTIONS TO OUR RESCHEDULING POLICY IF YOU TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT AND TEST NEGATIVE, YOU WILL NOT BE AN EXCEPTION TO THE POLICY.
